Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours. All orders that are not on hand and have to be shipped will take 4-7 Days before shipping; you will be notified after purchase if your order will require pre-order. Shipping hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM until 5PM.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. Your second email notification will include your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s status, once your shipment has been sent. If you choose "Houston Pickup" and do not email or DM us within 48 hours, your order will be shipped ground to the address listed. All shipping charges are FINAL.
