Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you do not contact SHOPHTXEGYPT within 48 hours of receiving your order we can no longer assist you in correcting your order.

NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

There are no exchanges or refunds once your product is in the possession of the buyer; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If your order is flagged HIGH RISK; your order will be canceled and refunded. 

If you the client decide to cancel your order for no reason at fault of SHOPHTXEGYPT before your order has been shipped or picked up you will be charge a 5% restock fee.
